From Vanessa I really enjoy living in this area, and the staff at the leasing office is always pleasant to work with! They did everything they could to help my situation and put me in a place as quickly and efficiently as possible! I can't thank them enough! Its super quiet, and my neighbors seem friendly. I never have any problems, and even if I have small questions, I'm always able to contact the staff and get the help I need. Good Job, guys! Come be my neighbor!

Residences of South Hills My boyfriend and I have been living in this apartment complex for about a year now. We recently decided to renew our lease for another year. There were lots of reasons why we thought this was a good idea, but mostly this location is just entirely too convenient to pass up on right now. Residences of South Hills For the most part, this apartment community is really not that bad. It's pretty well maintained, and the leasing office is helpful. The leasing office staff is small but somehow they manage to make each tenant feel appreciated and valued. I've only been living here for a year (just renewed the lease 2 weeks ago) but I honestly don't mind being here for another year. the bus line is convenient, and there's a great pool and fitness area. Residence of South Hills Townhouses I love the townhouses at Residence of South Hills. The living room and dinning room is one area; however, it is big enough to be separate to be two rooms. With the living room being a good size and the dinning room being a medium size, enough room for a kitchen table plus a cabinet, and hutch. New experience Perfect location as far as nearness to downtown Pittsburgh, hospitals, public transportation. Family oriented with pool and playground areas. Looking forward to see how the new management will continue to upgrade the property.

My place I've lived here about two years now. This is my first place by myself I moved here from Georgia after separating from my wife, during my time here I've met people and and learned the area o live in. My apartment is cozy I've turned it into home to say the least. I'm fairly satisfied with my apartment but in need of more space for storage but overall blessed to be in my own space.
