Residences of South Hills For the most part, this apartment community is really not that bad. It's pretty well maintained, and the leasing office is helpful. The leasing office staff is small but somehow they manage to make each tenant feel appreciated and valued. I've only been living here for a year (just renewed the lease 2 weeks ago) but I honestly don't mind being here for another year. the bus line is convenient, and there's a great pool and fitness area. Residence of South Hills Townhouses I love the townhouses at Residence of South Hills. The living room and dinning room is one area; however, it is big enough to be separate to be two rooms. With the living room being a good size and the dinning room being a medium size, enough room for a kitchen table plus a cabinet, and hutch. New experience Perfect location as far as nearness to downtown Pittsburgh, hospitals, public transportation. Family oriented with pool and playground areas. Looking forward to see how the new management will continue to upgrade the property.
My place I've lived here about two years now. This is my first place by myself I moved here from Georgia after separating from my wife, during my time here I've met people and and learned the area o live in. My apartment is cozy I've turned it into home to say the least. I'm fairly satisfied with my apartment but in need of more space for storage but overall blessed to be in my own space.
