Verified Renter The best part is nice apartments and amenities! No damage and perfectly safe from the hurricanes that hit this year. I feel so much safer living in my community. Maintenance comes the same day as the online request, unless it’s on weekends or holidays and it’s not an emergency! They have an emergency process for that.

Verified Renter I really like the Alexander, it’s the best apartment i’ve lived in. They are constantly maintains the grounds and keeping it clean. my only complaint is they put in these great umbrellas in the dog parks but then were only usable for a month bc they didn’t remove them for the hurricanes and they’ve been broken since.
Verified Renter Good neighborhood and friendly people living here. Communities events are really poor, definitely more and better things can be organized. Clean place. Do not agree at all on how many things are managed from the main office. They make you feel you owe you sthg when actually you are paying a rent to them, and not cheap rent at all

Verified Renter So far love it here. Great location! Property is always clean and it feels like living on a resort. I only moved in a couple months ago and had to go through 2 hurricanes so now im looking forward to the year ahead to enjoy my new place!

Verified Renter A couple of problems but called Sonny and he handled it. Nice guy! My husband and I are still getting used to living in an apartment, we have lived in our home for 25 years until the flood. But it is very pleasant and peaceful on patio and relaxing with lake view. So enjoying it so far.
