The maintenance team is always so quick to come out when there’s a problem and always so friendly! We love living right by the lake and have enjoyed our new group of ducky friends that visit us daily :)

I love this place so much! My fiancé and I just moved in and, so far, we love it. Everything is beautiful and the layout is so spacious. We worked with Tania throughout the move in process and she is excellent. Pros- only 5 years old so everything is nice and clean and updated. Very dog friendly, it’s on an old golf course so there’s a lot of green for pups. The hurricane windows made it so we are not hearing much outside noise. Some buildings have elevators. Verified Renter I have been living here for 5 years and have enjoyed the experience. My two bedroom apartment with screened in deck is positioned overlooking a stream. Lots of birds choose to feed here and I am right on a flight way for a wide variety of bid species. I live near a BJ's where I do most of my shopping, and there is a nice variety of restaurants nearby to choose from. Many within walking distance.
