Verified Renter A few amenities need to be fixed but great overall! The grounds are well kept plenty of parking.Nice staff and neighbors. Great location!

Verified Renter Great maintenance team, they always say hello when they are out and about on the grounds. When you do place work order( not often)they respond quickly. very friendly. Very pet friendly and residents are friendly. Great location quick access to lots of places.

Verified Renter Very well maintained property.. Very safe feel. They are constantly cleaning and repairing everything.. The pool area shines.. Every morning people are there cleaning arranging the chairs and tables.. always a polished look. The gym area is continually cleaned and wipes replaced. People are courteous and conscientious of others. Great place to live.

Verified Renter Beautiful lot. Great area. Good on space between space between lots. Beautiful amenities. Anything outdoors is beautiful, pool, parks, and lakes. Downside is no elevator.

The maintenance team is always so quick to come out when there’s a problem and always so friendly! We love living right by the lake and have enjoyed our new group of ducky friends that visit us daily :)

I love this place so much! My fiancé and I just moved in and, so far, we love it. Everything is beautiful and the layout is so spacious. We worked with Tania throughout the move in process and she is excellent. Pros- only 5 years old so everything is nice and clean and updated. Very dog friendly, it’s on an old golf course so there’s a lot of green for pups. The hurricane windows made it so we are not hearing much outside noise. Some buildings have elevators.
