Verified Renter The moving experience has been a wonderful with the generous staff. All of our steps were explained and had a follow up call or email. The community appears to be clean, safe and friendly. The pool is relaxing, both gyms are clean, grills are ready, sit by the tv near the fire pit, corn hole boards, and club house has ovens and appliances ready for your wonderful stay. Close to so many amenities, beaches and sporting events. Come check them out.

Verified Renter Great maintenance team, they always say hello when they are out and about on the grounds. When you do place work order( not often)they respond quickly. very friendly. Very pet friendly and residents are friendly. Great location quick access to lots of places.

Verified Renter Very well maintained property.. Very safe feel. They are constantly cleaning and repairing everything.. The pool area shines.. Every morning people are there cleaning arranging the chairs and tables.. always a polished look. The gym area is continually cleaned and wipes replaced. People are courteous and conscientious of others. Great place to live.

Verified Renter Beautiful lot. Great area. Good on space between space between lots. Beautiful amenities. Anything outdoors is beautiful, pool, parks, and lakes. Downside is no elevator.
