I’m a regular on the boat, and I was highly disappointed with the lobster that I got yesterday which I paid $44.00. It had no taste was just water down no flavor whatsoever. I had to asked for a cracker because I didn’t get one...and the shell was so hard it didn’t work..so I lost all the meat in the legs. The manager was the worst, no help at all, customer service is the worst. Heidi was our guide. She was rude to the kids. My kids were 7 and 9 and completely well mannered but went to sit at the foldable seats at the back of the boat as they didn’t know it wasn’t permissible. Heidi shouted at them saying “kids.,get off..it’s uncool etc.” she really scared the kids. We looked around and there weren’t any sign saying those seats can’t be seated. She also made offensive comments regarding China Town and kids in general during her guide. A very rude woman. We usually give big tips but we didn’t tip yet... read more

TERRIBLE!!!!! we were so excited to come today! Wanted the shelly and they were totally out of It on the first trip out!!!! So disappointed!!!!

We just were in the "NEW YEAR CELEBRATION CRUISE" with water taxi and didn´t have a good experience. They make it sound on the website as though a great experience with a great menu, tv to watch the ball drop, etc. It sounds really nice, and with the high cost of $199.00 dollars per person, You would imagine it is a great experience. The reality, is that you don´t even have a table to have dinner, food was so bad and HIGHLY OVER PRICED, they have no signal for you to watch the tv ball drop, music and sound were terrible,... read more

We got on the boat at 4 and we were sea sick for a half hour till 4:30 until it left the dock. The boat went up a few blocks toward the George Washington bridge and came back by 5. There was no scenic route and stays docked most of the time. They take your order right away when you get on and have to give you your check as soon as your done eating before you dock again. You can stay for as many rides but have to close your check and start a new one if you wanted to stay on the boat. We were so pissed because you can go for a... read more

The whole cruise last 25/30 min ! U barely have time to eat, u feel like rushing the whole time! I wouldn’t do again! Spend 130 dollars, money enough to have a calm lunch in somewhere!

The boat ride was so short it seemed we spent most of the time docked... the drinks were overpriced and watery... the appetizers were small and very overpriced I would not recommend this to anyone

fun, fast, amazing sites, see NEW YORK CITY and Lady Liberty in 30 minutes. the operators are fun and sms interactive, they will also shoot photo of you and whomever with you own phone. the post memorabilia is a nice and not overly proceed. had an awesome and memorable time, and will possibly do it again. thanks
