The whole lobster has no meat and is not 1.25 lbs. Don't order the lobster dinner. It's not worth it! The service was bad. Ordered water and did not receive any. The dish also came without forks. Never coming back again.

Honestly the boat sail on the Hudson is nice the watermelon mule is delicious but I sat in the top deck and the cushioned seats got my shorts wet! I couldn’t figure out how water was up there. Myself and friend were the first ones on the boat and gave our food order 1st. We watched partiesvof 4 or more get served 1st! Our waiter Manual was nice but act like he didn’t have a clue. We were in NYC in June and the Beast was shut down due to mechanical issues. The website indicated that it would be up and running again by a certain date, so we purchased tickets. However, when we arrived it was broken again. We left town the following day and could not use our tickets. NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS/EMAILS so that I can get a refund. Please let me know how to get refunded!
Apperently trying to harass customers when they are not looking is okay: A friend of the bartender kept approaching me behind my back making gestures like a child and provoking me to anger while I was with my girlfriend. Could have been racist motivated. It But it did not work. I did not let it ruin my evening and stayed calm. I kept an eye on him until he walked off for a bit. It was Saturday evening 07/21/18 between 08:30 and 09:00 P.M. in case management sees this/has cameras.

So I have to start this off my saying that this rating is not for the dinner cruise, yacht staff or food. This is for their customer service and reservation’s staff. I booked a dinner cruise for my husband’s birthday that fell in May. It had to be rescheduled due to it raining (I didn’t spend all this money to only be refined to the lower portion of the boat).
