The ride was nice and our server Ester was superb but the guys behind the bar on the top level were rude and ignorant to my wife and I because we are lesbians as they felt the need to make jokes the entire time we were on the boat. So sad, but thank you to Ester who did her job above and beyond.
Some food items were very pricey while others were reasonable. Lobster roll contained a lot of chunky lobster peices but the taste was only fair. The selling point for this restaurant is the cruise up the Hudson River and not the food.
Worst service ever. My boyfriend and I went today May 26,2018 on the 4:00 for my birthday dinner. My boyfriend food came out but mine never did. We spoke to 5 different people including our waiter (Dentz) and a manager (Joe Triolla) along with the other three people who came to ask if everything was good. Currently on the cruise. Asked for a server 3 times, we’ve been on the boat over an hour. We FINALLY just ordered. We’ll see about amending the review after the food. Absolutely ridiculous, understaffed and underwhelming.

Purchased a roundtrip ticket for both my husband and I. Going into the city was ok however trying to find out how we got back was a nightmare! The waterway bus dropped us off at The Port Authority with no directions on how we get the bus to return. When we we're ready to return to NJ we went to The Port Authority and nobody in "red jackets" cared to help us either! Finally 1 told us to go stand in front of the pharmacy and wait for the bus.
