Do not use this company for anything. We paid a fortune to have a fun New Years Eve experience and instead we are disgusted by both the price we paid and the filthy boat. Not even running water for anyone, including their staff that was handling food!! So gross.

Put on different yacht, Was not World Yacht was Hudson Cruises so yacht no where near as nice. This was a special occasion too. Was waiting to board a World Yacht but wasn't told it was a different yacht & nearly missed it altogether!! This is a scam. Avoid at all costs. We bought a one day pass, sat all in the sun, and forfeited the ticket. The staff said the manager would issue a refund, except that the manager is in his back office and will not speak to anyone. Really disappointed.
This entire operation is a sham. The schedule posted online is incorrect and we all arrived at 1pm for a fictitious 1:20 ferry. We waited for a 2pm ferry and that was full and we couldn’t get on. The cowardly manager is hiding and won’t speak to any of us. Save your money and do literally anything else in NYC.
Absolute disaster. We paid $31 for an all day pass and we cannot get on a boat. The posted schedules are wrong, the manager won’t speak to anyone, and no one at the front office will answer our calls. We’ve been sitting in the heat for hours waiting for answers. This is a scam.
Simply put, we were deceived. We spent $31 on all day access pass and there is no boat to get on. The schedule posted on the website and on the berth is wrong. The staff is trying to get the manager to come out and issue us a refund but he’s hiding in the office. We have been sitting waiting for answers in the heat for 2 hours. We’ve lost our Saturday and are out $300. Buyer beware.
Total disaster. This company is a fraud. The schedule posted on the website and all over the ticketing offices is wrong. A group of us has been waiting for 2 hours to try and get on a boat. They think one might be coming in 40 minutes. The manager is hiding out in the back refusing to speak with anyone. Everyone is simply forfeiting their tickets.
