Our party went out on one of your boats. Terrible experience. The boat was practically empty, but it was very strange that we were promised that our party of 10 would all be seated at the same table as we had seen done many times before with much larger parties. Well, that was not the case. We were split up, far apart, among three tables, therefore not seated together at all, yet around us there were many empty tables. We got our tickets online today. Went there and the boat was closed. The person at the counter couldn't tell us when it would open again. I paid $16 for parking, $18 for round trip ferry and I couldn't even get a refund at the windowZ I was told to call the number on the ticket. I call the number on the ticket and all I get is a recording. I come on here and it's still listed as open. You should have something on your website or here saying it's closed. Instead I wasted time and money with no refund.
Called twice and a recording states calls will be returned within 24 hours. Never got any calls back. I needed information on where to park. A simple remedy would be to put information on parking on the web site. Then getting on and off the boat was very dangerous since very short planks are used creating very sharp slopes. Food was fair, very salty and greasy. Drinks are watered down.
Leaving NYC today. Went on Princess 2 evenings ago. Horrible experience. Meals not served, no salads, no dessert, no drinks for a group tour. They were not prepared for us. New system began in May. The meals that were served were delicious though. Tour was over before dinner was served to some of group. Our group of 50 from The Villages Florida.

Not happy. Was told handicap accessible when called and was not. No way you can see deck if in wheelchair unless u have someone carry u up and down stairs. Food not great . Waiters rushed you. Only good part was DJ
