Seating at our table was on the uncomfortable side for somewhere to eat as there were no backs on the stools. Good selection of drinks available on the menu which you’d expect given the name and at reasonable prices. Food menu felt a little less reasonable price wise as burgers come without fries meaning it’s about £16 for a burger and chips in pub grub style.
Was so looking forward as heard great things but ended up being so disappointed. The person greeting us was rude, I totally get they were under pressure as they said everyone had phoned in sick and they were the only one working but if you’re that under staffed…don’t open. Had to ask for knives and forks, napkins etc. Just not great :(
Found the customer service on arrival was poor and the member of staff was rather rude and snappy. Went to use the toilet and when we returned our table had been given away when we still had another 30 minutes on the booking. Would not recommend
Service was poor, our drinks arrived after our starters, which given the 20 minute wait on the starters is a bit ridiculous. One of the starters turned up incorrect, which wasn’t unusual as a few tables around us had similar issues. For the prices, the burgers were incredibly small, the starter portions are generous for the price but the mains are poor. Have a sign up saying families welcome but wouldn’t allow our 12 year old in to join a family table!!! Service charge automatically added - attitude awful so to automatically charge is shocking. Food was cool on delivery and on a par with McDonald’s but triple the price. Total rip off

Very slow service ( had to go and find a staff member to take our order) waited around 40 mins on total for lukewarm milkshake ( tasted like nesquick) , tasty but lukewarm burgers and stone cold inedible loaded fries. Good arrived on one tray for us to share .. may be trendy but really needed a tray each or a plate, has to spread out my paper napkin to catch the drips … expect that at a fast food restaurant but not here. Very expensive, food not great so wasn’t finished, extensive menu without much being straightforward and drinks really unpleasant! Won’t be returning and was absolutely shocked at bill at the end. Service charge will sting you too (or lack of). Sorry!
The food and drinks were good, the staff were lovely but the service was super slow for how quiet it was. The music went off half way through our visit and wasn’t put back on so there wasn’t much atmosphere. When the bill came there was a service charge that I thought was a bit too much for how poor the service was.
