Food was good. Poor service. We ordered drinks and burgers with side all together. After 10 minutes we got our side and the drinks. The burger arrived 45 minutes later after reminding our waitress. We asked for water 2 times and never got any. Wanted to order milkshakes but of course the kitchen was already closed because we got the burgers so late. Our waitress apologized when we got our burgers but never acknowledged us of any mistakes from their part. Used to be my favourite burger place but won’t be back.
Place was empty but we were placed at a high table with no backs on the chairs and back to back with two big groups. the food was basic at best for £55 its obviously disappointing if you went some place in the £25 range this is the food you would expect.
Not what I expected. Cocktails were just glasses of ice and sugar. Pretty sure I didn't order a mock tail but couldn't taste any alcohol. Food came on on trays.. Just a bad choice for us. Napkins were a roll of kitchen towel 🙄
After reading the reviews we booked to eat here, staff were quiet rude not welcoming at all. The food wasn't the best OK for a quick fix.
Was at boozy cow on the 22.01.2022 and it was absolutely terrible service.. waited 35 mins for 1 drink to come to the table.. they didn’t have any slush’s or anything. Was absolutely horrendous. My husband has a really sore rib so was standing at OUR table not causing anyone any hassle and one of the staff came and told him to ‘SIT DOWN’ no manners no nothing then pushed him into the side of the table where his sore Rib is!! I thought we were rushed to drink up and leave only had the table a hour nor enough time
Not what we had expected hadn’t been before. Don’t think we would go back.
Food and drink got what you payed for really, didn't expect anything else. Just felt rushed towards the end and pushed out. Got the bill when didn't ask for it, so couldn't get anything else if we wanted to and got told to vacate the table we was at after asking and getting told we had it for rest of the night.
Food not worth the money. Toilets were absolutely foul smelling. Not comfortable at all. Wouldn’t book again. Cocktails were tasty though that’s about the only good thing.
