The feeling that my loan officer was “my person” and I could contact her at any time with questions about my loan. She was also integral in structuring both the initial offer and the revised offer (by running the numbers to show the economic impact of buying down the interest rate vs. negotiating a lower purchase price) to get me under contract in a difficult economic climate.
We had to switch to the Brava Team due to unforeseen circumstances, and they helped us to quickly get back on track with our loan. Ultimately, we were able to close on time.
I’ve purchased a few homes before and as a real estate agent, been apart of many transactions. I’ve never had or heard of a loan officer be as consultative and educating as Vanessa. Her and the rest of the team were always easy to communicate with and that is one of the most important things I look for in a lending team.
Near immidiately responses, making a quick close possible, working tirelessly through underwriting to get every last piece of paper, knowledge of the industry market and advice given, being savvy, on top of things, competitive and striving to be the best always.
