Being a foreigner and first time buyer it was intimidating for us and Vanessa explained how the US process worked, starting with advising on the credit history, what to do, what to not do and during the financing she was very supportive and patient all the time. It was great to work with her.

Vanessa and team were able to close in 3 weeks! They worked hard to make sure everything was finished so we could close on time.
Not the best use of the portal. It had a progress bar but it was never updated and a few times I didn’t get a reply to my questions
