There were some hiccups throughout the process (not on Caliber Home Loans part) but Caliber Home Loans worked through those to make sure we still closed on the date We were supposed to. Despite these hiccups, they also got us to close very quick! Finally, we applied to 3 other mortgage companies and out of the 4, Caliber was tied with another mortgage company in giving us the best rate!
