I have been at the Brockman for almost 4 months now and have had an excellent experience. As with any old building, there were a few things that needed maintenance upon move in, and the maintenance team were incredibly prompt to come and fix the issues. My loft is incredibly quiet, rarely hearing any of my neighbors. The on-site gym is adequate to get a good workout, but nothing amazing. We had an excellent experience here. Come see Thomas Lofton, he made the experience enjoyable. His professionalism and personal approach made us like the place even more. The history and view of the place attracted us to this place. Highly recommend this place!
My husband and I have lived here at the Brockman lofts for about a year, and we absolutely love living here! Our loft is so peaceful and quiet to live in, and the materials, high ceilings and natural light cannot be beaten. The quality and character of the building and units is just not found in other DTLA apartment complexes. The location and amenities are wonderful, and the staff here has been great to work with. We love calling Brockman Lofts our home!
My wife and I have lived at the Brockman lofts for almost a year now, and we absolutely love it. Anytime we have ever had maintenance issues, they are immediately taken care of and we never have to pester anyone to get things done. The management teams are always available, and have consistently been excellent at taking care of us. After my partner and I sold our duplex in the Mircle Mile area we wanted to take a break from being landlords and try living some place different, a place we wouldn't ordinarily choose. Fantastic location with all of the accoutrements. Just lovely! This 100+ year old building is so beautiful, so much so in that you'll spend your first nights here just staring out if the windows. Stay, live,lease here if you ever get the chance. A gem, indeed!
I stayed in Brockman Lofts for 3 nights, love it. Love the fact that it is on top of Louie. Love the fact that there is a small gym, and a tiny pool. The concierge is great. Too bad that it is not for sale, and only for lease. It reminds me of my loft in London, though the unit I stayed in is rather tiny, I was told by my host that there are bigger one. Love it, I even inquire about buying one, but no safe for now.
Nicest building in downtown. Safe and quiet. Amazing dual pane windows that silence the noise of downtown. Would highly recommend. Friendly parking staff and leasing office. Pet friendly too! Best bathrooms in all of downtown. Looked at 10+ other buildings and none compared.
