I moved into The Brockman Lofts at the end of September. The building is beautiful and the location in downtown LA is excellent. Since there are only 80 units in the building, the residents are pretty friendly. I also had a good experience with the Leasing Office. They responded quickly to my questions before I moved in and they continue to respond quickly now that I live here. So far, it's been a really nice living experience.
The one hundred year old Brockman Lofts was the old Brooks Brothers building and has been beautifully renovated. I moved in a few months ago and love it's charm and elegance. Romanesque revival/Beaux Arts outside meets luxury industrial lofts inside with a mixture of old brick, concrete, granite, marble, wood floors and stainless steel. Bathrooms are grand and modern.
