We ordered our meals , the Wedge Salad to start, a 16 oz NY Angus Center Cut steak and the 20 oz Prime Porterhouse steak cooked Medium Well. The salads were TASTY, steaks were perfectly cooked, seasoned just right , and OH MY GOODNESS SOOOOOO DELICIOUS. Worth every penny. Seriously. Our waiter was amazing, wish I had caught his name. We were so thankful to be dining out and the staff was courteous , friendly and hospitable all while being safe. Thank you for having us, really, the pleasure was all ours.
The service at the restaurant was amazing and our party loved the food. Their dinner special featured scallops, a New York steak, and a lobster tail, all cooked perfectly, which was great to share amongst our party. The rest of the dishes we ordered all lived up to the same standard as our dinner special and all of our steaks were cooked to a flawless medium rare. Along with a wonderful meal, the restaurant brought us complementary dessert to celebrate our friends birthday. We look forward to dining here again!
Rib-eye steak was tender and delicious. We celebrated a birthday and had a nice lemon custard cake on the house. The tuna tar tar was very tasty, a little kick of spice at the end. Grilled octopus came out with a pretty large tentacle. The sauce on the IPA top sirloin was very good. We also had the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, would definitely recommend mushrooms to eat with your steak choice.
The food was delicious! The service was good considering how busy they were. Overall, they handled the current circumstances very well and I would definitely recommend and will return.
The outdoor Dining setting was beautifully and the service on point! They have happy hour too which most places did away with during Covid! $1 oysters!
Very nice restaurant in the Gaslamp. The steaks were amazing and the 1 pound burger was excellent We loved sitting on the patio and people watching. Excellent service

The food at The Butchers Cut is amazing, me and my family loved the variety of cuisine. The steaks, seafood, and pasta were all cooked perfectly and my personal favorite was the lobster ravioli. The restaurant has such a great ambiance and all of the staff were very sweet and helpful, and tables were distanced for coronavirus. Will be dining here again soon!
