The drivers were the kindest! They dropped me off at a stop which wasn’t on the journey plan just to do me a favour. They were very nice and the bus was very clean! Totally recommend 😁

We took the bus service 1st time from Edmonton to calgary as well as from calgary to edmonton. Bus service was excellent. Customer service was great. Buses were clean and comfy. Free water and Wi-Fi as well. Really enjoyed their great service. easy to book and find location everything is on website. Overall good experience...
They are incredible! I had a split ticket from Banff to Calgary and then from Calgary to Edmonton. I did not realise that i had to get down at cross iron mills to change the bus to Edmonton. It was mentioned in the ticket, but i was careless. The bus to Edmonton had already left when I realised that i had made a mistake. The owner Satender Singh himself dropped me at the Malborough mall from where I could get another bus from another operator back to Edmonton. He also made a refund to my non-refundable ticket. Travelled twice during the week of Dec 26-Jan 1 to and from Calgary to Edmonton, the bus was on time and the driver is nice, but the occupancy was definitely over 90%. I know that especially during the holidays it's extremely busy but if anyone is concerned it's just a heads up because on their site they advertise 50% occupancy. Otherwise great service, just not covid cautious.
One of the most affordable bus service from Calgary to Edmonton. My bus departed right on time, but arrived at the destination 30 minutes late. Overall great service for the price. I took the 7am route on weekday, it was only half full.
