First time on the Canada bus and it was an excellent experience travelling by myself. My bus driver laura was so accommodating, she was very good at communicating and had a very friendly personality and funny sense of humour I often travel to visit my family, that are scattered across Alberta. The bathrooms where clean, the bus was very clean. I was on time to meet my cousins and she even directed me where to go after I was getting off the bus. Highly Recommend travelling with this bus! I see the negative reviews and I wouldn't let that stop you! Well organized, responsible drivers. I drove with Laura and she was very well at ensuring we felt safe through the road conditions. Very clean . Good pricing! Will continue to use this company for my trips!

To the bus driver on Dec 15th 7:55am bus thank you! I was traveling alone with a baby and the bus driver was really helpful. Helped me take the car seat and my stuff down the bus and made sure both of us were good to go. Overall, the bus is nice and spacious and wasn’t too busy. Definitely would recommend took exact 3 hrs to get from Calgary to Edmonton.

It was my first time riding the Canada bus and I must say it was a great experience. The driver, I believe her name was Laura, was helpful and very personable. The bus itself was clean, bathrooms were awesome, Thank goodness there was a clean bathroom on board, and the free water and wifi were a bonus. As for the ride itself, no complaints here it was a smooth ride, I knew were we were stopping and where to get off. Would 100% reccomend this bus service to anyone needing transportation to edmonton and back!!!!

I would recommend this bus line to everyone there way better then other bus lines line E-bus and red arrow i never go back to them again. i been traveling with my Canada bus for 3 months now from Calgary to Edmonton every week for work and there bus's are clean and washroom are clean the schedule work for me the fair is very reasonable compared to other . even the lady bus driver is nice and explains the route and stops . the wifi works good,free bottle water..my other co workers take the same bus from red deer to Edmonton a... read more

I will also post my experience after my trip to and from my trip. When I went to book my trip, a gentleman name Satender greeted me with such pleasant voice. He told me to go on line and book the trip, but I am computer illiterate and asked if he could help me, and he surely did. He was very kind and polite. I just called him today asked if I could take extra small cooler for my son with home cooked food..he was very accommodating. Thanks again. I like said I will review again after completing my trip..Tara

The bus was clean and on time, but it was not as stated on the website that was 50% occupied only. The bus that I took was nearly full.
Bus was late, due to covid it was not 50% occupancy as mentioned on the website, wifi doesn't work otherwise it was ok..
Travelled 2 days ago from Calgary. Journey was so comfortable, clean bus , on time , affordable, safe, free wifi , washroom .
