Love the app easy to use. My issue today is that I was waiting for the bus to Calgary, and it was late. I get it stuff happens. The big issue is that here I sit on a bus they can't even get started. No communication by the drivers of either bus( Edmonton or Calgary). They take all the passengers from the Edmonton bound one and switch it with the Calgary one. Which I think is totally stupid. Terrible service, always late and gives special treatment to people from India. I have taken this bus several times, but after this last experience I will not ever again. No breaks on trips from Calgary to Edmonton, and you want to know the reason? Because they made a special stop to pick someone up at a place that isn’t even a stop on their route! Because why? Because she was from India. Do not take this bus if you want a good experience
Horrible. We booked a trip including flights around having this bus booked and they cancelled on us without any explanation. We had to scramble to try and find a rental which were all sold out and flights were nearly $600. Really appreciate the inconvenience… what a joke
I began this adventure in Calgary. To my disappointment and the driver's surprise, the WiFi was not working. Juice boxes and water bottles were on the front seat, but no indication was given if they were to be distributed or if we were to take one. Once we wound our way from downtown through the airport and Crossiron Mills, we got onto the highway where the fun began. I NEED REFUND FOR MY WHOLE TRIP. I WASTED MY TIME. I am so frustrated with my situation. Today, I was tried to take a bus at YEG airport (which is the bus stop location that THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL SAYS). I waited around 30mins and the bus didn't show up. I called the company and they said the bus route has been changed. I have never received any updated email or text message even the busbud app. There was no other choices other than cancellation for my flight (Calgary to Germany). Very unprofessional! Had the worst experience. It was an airport pickup and we were put in a Uber to meet the bus at the outlet mall. It was cold and raining while we waited outside for the bus for 20 minutes all while being rained on! And for $73 each. No working wifi on bus as promised and seat top coming off ! Never again!
Going from Calgary to Edmonton. The bus stopped at Cross Iron Mills and the bus driver started talking to the people in the front row. The people then got up and left, and so did the bus driver. Everyone in the middle/back of the bus was confused, so I looked at where the bus driver and people were going and it was to ANOTHER BUS that was filled to the brim!! Nightmare! Was not picked up where I paid extra to be picked up at (the airport) instead got out in a Uber with someone else in the same situation without being made aware of that. Wanted to get off at Edmonton airport instead of southgate but they wanted to charge me extra. Even though they did pick me up where I paid to be. Will never use Canada Bus again, would choose 0 stars if I could
