Website says calgary YYC airport pickup and drop-off id on Departure level gate 12 It is actually on Arrivals level door 12. This is also where their (unmanned) publicity desk is. Several employees at airport including info desk did not know where it was or took us to calgary transit gate instead. Warning: bus may not actually pick you up at airport. If few passengers are booked, they may send an Uber to take you to another station.
Have used this company several times and it has been good on multiple occasions, however, on two occasions the bus broke down and on the most recent occasion I was left stranded at the bus stop for 1hr until the Bus came. What was most annoying tho was that when I tried to call the hotline to enquire about the situation, the customer service Agent could not tell me where the bus was and told me to call back if the bus had not shown up in 10 minutes. this bus was so hottt ! then when we got to red deer ! the lady told us it was just a pick up amd drop off spot ! then we were there for like 15 mins didnt pick anyone up or drop them off !! lol but the driver was sure aloud to get a timmies bahhaha amd we were late because of it bahhaha i would rather take a much convenient bus amd i was hungry didnt eat all day

The bus was 30 minutes late for pickup, and arrived at the destination 1 hour later than scheduled.
I find it slightly annoying to advertise wifi on board and it works terribly if at all. Not to mention, there is maybe 3 plugins for all of the seats on this bus so unless you come with full battery or your own power bank…count on not being able to charge anything unless someone across from you has a port open..every canada bus ive been on the this past year, all have absolutely not enough charging ports.
I have been taking this bus from Calgary-Edmonton frequently in the past year, and the experience has been good and price is reasonable. However, today changed my impression. At the Tim Hortons stop in Red Deer, I was expecting a 5min break like usual. But the driver told us there is no break. I already order my coffee online 10minutes prior and just needed to go in to pick it up. He said no even when I had the receipt on my phone. I don’t even want to give one star 0 star. This bus is so late and no updates no customer service nothing. We had to cancel important events. Never book this bus. Rider express is best. Canada bus is cheap and cheap
The bus never shows up on time, they don’t have any customer service which can notify about the delay. Worst bus ever. I will never take this bus. And they don’t refund even after all the delay .
