I am a frequent traveller with Canada Bus. Today was travelling from Edmonton Southgate LRT to Crossiron Mills from 05:30-08:15 pm bus. Never had any issues in the past. Today the Driver ( Lady driver) was very rude and unprofessional. She came 5 minutes late at the starting point and was in a very bad mood. Didn’t say Hello to any passenger none offered any treats. This is the 2nd time I've tried this company. The bus has been very late both times. Would not recommend if you are trying to catch a flight with time constraints
Worst bus ever. From Calgary to Edmonton is only 3 hours drive but the Canada bus takes 5 hours. Hate it!!!
I had an issue with my trip and tried calling customer support. Someone picked up and started trying to help me, but after a bit, they just stopped responding and hung up. When I tried to recall it just gave me the message that they weren't taking calls at the moment and to leave a voicemail. Good busses, terrible customer service.
Would not recommend this company. Took it twice and both times delayed by 20-30mins. Pickup location in Calgary airport incorrect on website( states departure not arrival area). I note that this was also stated in a review from 3 weeks ago but no changes were made. Would have missed the bus if I didn’t ask a stranger. The instructions given when I rang the phone line to confirm pickup site was not clear.
Worst experienced in this bus company! Sunday 22/09/2024 0855H the bus should be arrived in Tims Hortons Red Deer pick up point but the bus arrived at 0905H so its fine. i get in the bus and seat for a long time without informing the passenger have some issues happen. Honestly I'd never get a bus with them again canceled my bus made me rebook no discount or anything messed up my flight then new bus arrives 15 minutes late . Aswell as the driver on her cell phone talking the whole trip .. not professional won't be taking this company again that's for sure.

It’s horrible. I have a class by 9 o’clock, but then I’m supposed to take a bus by 7:35am and the bus is late by 30 minutes.
