first and last time booking with this company. Worst service I've received. I have ridden with Greyhound, Red Arrow, and Hot shot. I never actually "rode" with this company. I was supposed to go to Edmonton from Calgary on the 9th of December and then return on the 27th. A few weeks before my trip, I was contacted to be made aware that they had changed some stops, and that if I wanted I could be refunded. I purchased a 6 ticket pack. I wanted to go to Edmonton in January. On the website for the whole of January I was getting no availability. I called Canada Bus and was told they were not running the buses in January due to bad weather but I could book in February. February 1, I tried to book on the website for January 5 again there is no availability. Basically, I have wasted my money buying these tickets. Very bad service. We booked tickets to Red Deer today 24th December 2021, to be at our friend's house for the Christmas eve. We supposed to be at White Horn LRT station, and we were there more than half hour earlier. The bus has stopped at another place near the station and gone. Spoiled our Christmas plans. They didn't answer the phone until late. They didn't even call us.

Really bad experience as a first time client. The bus left us. We were to board at White Horn LRT station to Red deer. We were there 30 minutes early at White horn bus station. Was it our fault that we didn’t know we were supposed to wait for the bus near 711? We gave out our numbers when buying the tickets. No body bothered to call us when they missed us. Or we were not missed. Very rude staff!!!

I rode the bus when the company first started providing services. I thought they provided acceptable services while providing free wifi and water. The level of service they provided was close to what Greyhound provided except that the price was much more expensive. That is the reason I give 2 stars because the price does not match to the service they provided.
