Took a bus ride to go visit a family member... bus was 25 minutes late and no wifi available onboard which is why i picked canada bus. disappointing. will not use again.
Awful experience. Bought a round trip ticket - First trip the bus arrived 30 minutes late, and there was no Wi-Fi, which is the ONLY reason I chose this company in the first place, so I could attend a zoom meeting for work while I was aboard. Additionally, there were no power outlets available to plug in electronics, only USB outlets, and even those weren't available at every seat. Had to switch sweats halfway through to charge my phone. Bud came late asked to reschedule they wouldn’t do it was very disrespectful didn’t get my money back I would not suggest taking this company

Seems that canada bus has a problem with punctuality. I used other services they were more committed to their times with minor deviations but My ride with canada bus yesterday was 20 minutes late.
Booked ticket from Calgary to Banff for my dream vacation. Planned months ahead and booked bus tickets with Canada Bus because of all these good reviews. We arrived before 8 for the 8:15am bus from Whitehorn LRT to Banff at the location shown on the website at stop 38. Stood in the cold for almost 2 hours but the bus never came. Bus suppose to be here 7:15 AM on july 9 calgary to Edmonton. it is not here yet 7:41 Am is current time. I called the bus company and they said it would be here in 15 min as bus is currently at white horn LRT lets see if it shows up at specified time or not *Update* no it didn’t come in 15 min as I was told by the bus company over the phone. Took the Canada bus from Whitehorn Mall(Calgary)to Southgate(Edmonton) it was 15 mins late.Brian was a friendly driver he gave us all free bottled water.The bus was very clean.The wifi wasn’t working which was very inconvenient.
