Everything about the bus was good. Driver was a little rude to passengers and made it uncomfortable.
Bus was over half an hour late
Worst bus service. I had to catch a flight and it was one hour late and very slow. I would recommend to not take this bus service.
Ride was Good but wifi was not working that makes the whole trip boring and so long, i ride for the first time and it was not a good impact.
Very good price, but was 20 minutes late, on a 33 degree day, a/c was not working so it was essentially a moving greenhouse, and the ad stated plug ins for phone charging and there were not any. Definately look into other charters.
The bus was delayed for 1.5 hour without any status update. We were waiting without receiving any call regarding the delay. When we called after 20 min of the scheduled time, they said the bus coming by 11:45 due to technical issues. The bus didnt show up even at noon so we called again. They replied and said on the way but never show up even at 12:30. I couldnt able to spare more time to wait for the bus so took another route. I emailed them for a refund and there were no replied. I will never take it again.
The bus drove past but didn't pull over at my stop leaving behind myself and 3 other passengers. When I called customer service to inquire, the agent was short with me and hung up on me.
Left a pair of old shoes on the bus. Have called 5 times, they say they'll call back if they find anything but they never do. Email never responded to. These were old shoes left on the very back seat where I was sitting, I sincerely doubt a passenger sitting in front of me went back on the bus to scrounge for lost items, much more likely that a staff member just took them or that they are sitting in a lost and found with me not being called to retrieve them. Called to change our ticket dates by a day due to a family emergency, and ended up speaking to the rudest man on earth!!!! Tried to charge me twice fir 1 ticket and even made us pay over $50 just to switch a ticket. Extremely unprofessional. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Then I get on the bus the next day with. My three year old. We get to Red Deer thinking we would be stopping at the Timmys as we always do do everytime for 15 minutes. The driver stops, lets someone off and keeps going.
