Always not on time. Calgary to edmonton supposed to 1230pm to 4pm (offcial achedule posted on their aite) but it takes 430pm onward on arrival place southgate.
My son showed up at the time it said it would depart and the bus was not there, waited 15 mins didn't show up. Called the bus service and had the lady that answered say she would check on the bus. Then she hung up. I called back she hung up again and text me and said the bus has not arrived yet. Was supposed to leave at 2:20pm at 3pm it still was not there. Asked for money back and now she's stopped replying.
Dangerous bus driver with plate number A 1636 on route from Calgary to Edmonton. Tailing people and weaving in and out of traffic Sat June 10 at 6:46pm and again at 8:15pm. Wouldn't dare to be a passenger on this bus

This bus is usually late and the prices have been increased which seems unfair. I travelled this bus two times, I had a flight to catch from Edmonton and this bus was half hour late which made me late for my boarding. I also took this bus today and it was 25 minutes late. The bus was supposed to be there at 7:35 but it came at 8:00 am which was disappointing. It happened two times in a row and that’s frustrating.
Your bus driver needs to relax. I’m on the 12:45 Calgary to Edmonton airport.
Horrible customer service. Was waiting for bus at the correct location and bus never came. Must of just drove by. customer service simply said it was my fault. Asked them if the bus drivers call out for people who are not on the bus and was told no. Not sure why they would not do this. No refund allowed.
I booked The Canada Bus from Calgary Whitemore LRT to Edmonton Airport, where my car was parked, through Busbud. However, Busbud wouldn't let me select YEG, even though it was shown as a stop along the way. I figured that the bus would stop there. Instead, The Canada Bus driver forced me to go Edmonton Southgate LRT station ! That added an extra 60 minutes of travel time when I just got back from Europe and was super tired.
