Pésimo el personal de reservas para gestionar un problema completamente ajeno al cliente. No me dejaron realizar check-in por que en recepción me indicaron que tenía otra habitación a mi nombre y me estaban cobrando dicha habitación. La ubicación es muy buena

Boka inte detta hotell! Det luktade fruktansvärt illa på hela hotellet. Rummen var inte anpassade för fyra pers, alldeles för litet och ingen plats alls för resväskor, inga krokar att hänga upp handdukar och dylikt. Frågade om städning och nya handdukar, fick inget av det. Slitet badrum. Usel ventilation, inga öppningsbara fönster. Fick hjälp att boka taxi för 16 dollar från hotellet till hamnen där vi skulle gå på vårt kryssningsfartyg, vi fick betala 70 dollar. Poolområdena var sunkiga och ostädade! It was okay for a last minute pick, wouldn’t stay here again. They put a family with a stroller and German Shepard in the building that had the most congested patio restaurant as the exit. It was so hard to come and go. Our A/C went out in our room and they came up looked at it and left and our room temperature kept going up, the ceiling tile in the bathroom also fell down on us. They then put us in a different room where the tile in the bathroom was coming up and smelt of mildew. The rooftop pool was nice

Overall the location and tge price were good. I was told by a front desk member that they would make some hot water for tea and to come back in ten minutes. I came back in fifteen minutes and the guy didnt even start to heat the water up. Then a female ended up doing it. I was pissed that you tell me to come back in ten minutes and he never started the heating process. He wasnt busy when I saw him. Fair Music was way too loud and annoying when you were either in the room or eating in the restaurant outside the volume needs to be turned down to a more sensible level. Hotel does not store bags for customers which is very poor service I would not mind paying for the service which should be there
Hotel que es la primera vez que lo utilicé y está súper bien buena ubicación , habitaciones comodas Solo no me gustó la experiencia en entrar en Taco taco para ir a la habitación o cuando salía y decías buenos días y nadie te respondía. Y lo que me pasó el día que quise almorzar y lo pude. Después todo espectacular El desayuno , almuerzo y cena que puede hacer en Maxine’s espectacular igual que la atención de Yanis ( la cubana ) y en su oportunidad Juan ambos súper amables.
