Also I loved the fact that after I checked out and got home the next day to my surprise, instead of them refunding my 100 dollar deposit they charged my credit cards an extra 125 dollars for I don't know. i stayed at the hotel Catalina from 27 to 29 feb , and i got charged on March 2nd on my credit card, I’m trying to reach
A fuire L’état de la chambre, le service, le personnel, le bruit ! Et nous n’étions pas les seuls à demander un remboursement mais l’hôtel ne veut rien entendre. Il lançait la balle à booking et booking vers eux. Un désastre. Je n’ai rien aimé ! Musique à fond jusque 4h du matin. Les photos parlent d’elles même !
Bad They told us that they were going to give us a Suite Jr and we didn’t get that, the picture in booking shows a pretty good room but when we get there it was smaller. We asked for towels twice and they didn’t have for us. Near to the beach
Worst stay ever I didn’t like the service. The staff was rude. Waited at the bar 20 minutes and never received service. The front desk was asking me to let a “regular” disrespect and talk crazy to me. I will never stay here again.
