特大ゴキブリが出るホテル！！ 大きいゴキブリが部屋に出た！！！！！ 今まで見たこともない大きさだった。 私たちは夜部屋で飲食をしていました。すると夫の足元に大きいゴキブリを見つけました。私は怖くて逃げました。ゴキブリは壁と床の隙間に入って行方不明になり、私は怖くて眠れませんでした。 その後床を走り回っているのを見つけたので物を被せておきました。 このホテルのGoogleの口コミを見てください。他にもゴキブリの被害に遭っている人がたくさんいます。 ホテルは害虫駆除業者を定期的に利用していると言っていますが、私はホテル中にコンバットをたくさん置くべきだと思います。ホテルが悪い訳ではなくて、おそらく一階のレストランが原因なのではと思います。 レストランは古い油の臭いがしました。日本にある汚い豚骨ラーメン屋の臭いがしました。 部屋には有料のお菓子などがたくさんおいてありましたが、ゴキブリがいるホテルのお菓子は食べたくないです。 ゴキブリ以外は最高のホテルでした！ ビーチやレストランが近くて良かった。 バス乗り場もすぐ近くにあった。電子レンジはなかったが外食したので問題なし。冷蔵庫はあった。近くに酒屋も入っているウォールグリーンもあって便利だった。 タオ... read more
If I offered up this standard of quality and cleanliness at this price, I would go out of business Hotel did not feel clean, there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bar area. Room was only serviced once in 5 night stay & not even fully serviced then. Breakfast was extra, so did not have it at hotel every day.
Never again!! Room was dirty upon arrival. It was very hard to speak with a manager. They gave someone the same room they gave my sister. They entered her room and when my family tried to get in their room with all their property the key card didn’t work. After that situation we were still unable to speak with someone higher up. They told us to send an email. The stay here was not pleasant and we were not pleased. The area was close to everything

I would stay again, but request the newer room that we had. We traveled with friends, so we booked two rooms together, they did not put us together, and the two rooms were very different. Our room was lovely while their room was not we had to ask for towels, a garbage can, an ice bucket, a safe, and a phone. we did request a room change, but there was no rooms available since the entire place was full, depending who’s at the desk we were either pleased or not pleased.
