Bad Bad personal, not clean, noisy, bad actitud, small, pictures on page are not real! The worst hotel to book in Miami!!!

El peor hotel que estuve en Miami Beach 1- al ingresar si no está la habitación lista , no te dejan guardar el equipaje para que puedas realizar alguna actividad . 2- servicio de limpieza malo o nulo 3- donde te duchas se llena de agua y había que esperar 45 minutos que drene el agua 4- al haber bares abajo es imposible dormir hasta que cierren. 5- personal ( que hay solo en uno de los módulos ) no están predispuesto a solucionar nada. Nada, no lo recomiendo
Waste of money Rooms are outdated, there are 3 different entrances for the hotel. We had go pass by a mexican restaurant, pass the bar and get to our room, they have a dj every night until 2am. Room was never cleaned, we found bugs, when I asked at the reception can someone clean our room they said they clean it every 3 days and they’ll do a “vip clean” of the room, that actually meant the lady will make the bed and add 4 extra towels dust everywhere, last time whey cleaned it was probably a few months ago. would not recomme... read more

I show that you reserved a Suite and that is the room you received. All the Suites are located next door in our Dorset building with the Taco restaurant on the ground floor.
