In essence the hotel has potential but the intake guy was rude and tv and bathroom ruined it for me The TV screen was cracked & bathroom wasn’t tidy. I love the location
Horrible, Unclean & Not Recommended
I was traveling with my daughter for spring break and it was her for time In Miami. It’s smelled bad and needed more cleaning. The location was good.
2/10 will never stay here again room was very small and not up to date. Not as clean as it could have been. Had to call maintenance because the toilet wouldn’t flush. Seen a roach in the hallway on the elevator button. The hotel has three buildings which i didn’t know and wasn’t informed about until i got there to check in, thinking i was staying at the Catalina hotel i didn’t we stayed next door at their other building. Mal uno espera más de un hotel En 8 días solo limpiaron y asearon la habitación 1 vez después de muchos reclamos. Por regla ellos asean la habitación cada 3 días sin contar el primero… si vas por 1 semana solo limpiarán una vez … pero debes exigirlo. Nada
