We offer housekeeping service every 3rd day of your stay, but we will remove trash and replace towels daily. When I return to Miami I will not stay there again. very disorganized, upon my arrival they sent me first to a room that had a guest and then to a room that was still dirty, very confusing, they said it was my birthday and they didn't even care, they would never change the towels during my stay

Fair Son tres edificios diferentes la entrada al Nuestro por un restaurante súper incómodo, una empresa de aseo lavando la alfombra con maquinaria a las 09:00 despertando a todos. La piscina de las fotos no estaba en nuestro edificio, etc La ubicación y la pieza
They will scam you if they can. They tried to charge me $235 in incidentials for spilling a little pop on the bed. This was after they told me no charges were being added to my bill. Total rip off for something that simply washes out. Then it is impossible to call after the fact and speak with a manager. Location was great
