Service was terrible, waitress complained about not having enough help and that she was doing all the work. Meanwhile, she was huddled at the bar talking with friends while we never received bread or even waters. For the price to eat here combined with average food at best, we would just like SOME service. Too many other choices, this is a last resort for us now.

Service was very poor, slow, and meals for 5 came out at 3 different times.
We were a party of 8. We were seated in a room with 6 tables of parties of 8 or more. There was one very nice but very overworked server. Food arrived after an hour. We had to ask for steak knives for those orders. The cooked meals were not hot. The room was very loud. Talking with the manager when we left was not satisfying. This assignment was unreasonable for one server. I won't be back.
Eh. Slow service, slightly snotty waitress, mediocre food.
I have been there before and it is rarely disappointing. This time i turned up with a group of 8 for a birthday lunch and it was closed due to a main water break. I was very disappointed they did not call to let me know. If I booked a table for 8 and wasn't showing up I would have called them.
First off they did not even have our reservation. Had to sit in lounge area. 2nd of all we were there to celebrate our son's 21st birthday and we are from NH and get issued a paper license until the actual one gets mailed to us. They would not accept the form of id in order for him to get a beer. He had his expired license and both clearly had his birthdate on it showing he was in fact 21.
