food arrived cold and the last entree arrived 15 minutes after everyone elses. it was a sandwich and soup. Not rocket science. Very disappointed.
Was hoping for a hot and tasty homemade Italian lunch on a chilly day. Nope. An unremarkable side salad with an overly sweet and metallic tasting balsamic dressing in a plastic takeout cup. A lunch special trio of lasagna (I ordered stuffed shells), veal parm, and a meatball. The meatball actually had a nice texture, but no discernible flavor. Raw chicken. Rude management. Large party and all our food came out different times one of our family members got their food 25 minutes after others, awful experience.
I was underwhelmed by the food, the price and the ambience.
Had a weird smell and food wasn’t good at all... Great bathrooms though!!
Fairly basic Italian-American staples at an affordable price. Lot of parking, fast service, casual dress, very noisy.
I suggested the chateau for my dear friends birthday I told them to be hungry because the portions are large. Well I was very embarrassed to find the portions so small and no salad with the meal. It was$250.00 for 5 of us. We will not return. Sadly this was one of our favorite restaurants
Not a good place for large groups. When we got there the woman at the main reception said we were scheduled for the lounge; when I went to the lounge we weren't on his list. They did accommodate us in the back room. The waitress worked very hard - but it was apparent they were busy and struggling with our big group as it took over 2 hours for dinner. I would avoid this location with a big group in the future.
