Barely any food in plate and our food was cold……!!

Service was terrible, we waited 45 minutes for our drinks. One of our entrees was raw and had to be redone. The manager was professional and apologized.
I have been going to the Chateau restaurant chain for over 50 years. I used to go to the Waltham restaurant but the Andover one is closer to me now. For years it has been reliably delicious. Unfortunately I have noticed a change in the past few years, especially this past year. I am not sure if they have changed their meat sauce recipe but it seems very different and not as tasty as before. Food was not good. The sauce on the pasta looked as if you'd gotten it from a can. All in all, mediocre food. The service was not friendly, or attentive, either. Would not repeat.
Horrible service. Took 15 min for a drink order. Food was slow to come out and was incorrect.

Dated atmosphere and menus. Little to no flavor. No cappuccino. Service was good. Easy to make a reservation.

Food was cold and took a long time so we didn’t bother sending it back.

The food had no seasoning and was not worth the money at all.
Okay so sad to say I can't give a great review because after going to this restaurant for so many years and we drive out of our way just to go to this restaurant on Sunday father's day I made a reservation for 4 but realized we would have 5 so I called a few days before Sunday and spoke with a young lady who said no problem I'll mark it for 5 people.
