There are other choices to consider in the area. My meal, and, my wife's meal wasn't hot. I wouldn't rush back to this restaurant.
Went their to celebrate my son getting his 1st job. Made a note when making the reservation. Thought they could atleast mention it to him. very disappointed. why even ask why your eating their except for your market research.
Food cold and service was very poor. There was no social distancing
Chicken Parm over was way overcooked couldnt eat it, entree prices have gone way up and portions have gotten extremely smaller. I have also ordered to go 3 times and every time my order was incorrect. I think i am done with Andover Chateau its gone downhill the past couple years
Slow service
Let me start by saying waitress was great!! Ordered appetizer and drinks. Drinks came and shortly after the appetizer came. We then ordered our meals About 15 minutes go by and the table begins us got their food even though they ordered 15 min after we did Waitress came with our food. My pasta was not cooked. I told her and she took it away to bring me cooked pasta. Food is no better then some local pizza shop and that's giving it credit. Portions wouldn't fill 3 yr old's appetite. Asked for extra bread and got two slices.
Service was poor. Orders were taken, when the food came, one of the meals was incorrect, it was obvious the server took the wrong meal out of the kitchen. Salmon was ordered and the server brought our guest some sort of a shrimp. He was told that it was the wrong meal, then we were told that it was what our guest ordered. I bought cheese stick which was cold inside the waitress changed for a colder one. My food was also nasty
