Okay so sad to say I can't give a great review because after going to this restaurant for so many years and we drive out of our way just to go to this restaurant on Sunday father's day I made a reservation for 4 but realized we would have 5 so I called a few days before Sunday and spoke with a young lady who said no problem I'll mark it for 5 people. Well they could not honor my reservation for 5 without me complaining and being upset. They told us they could not sit us for 25 to 30 minutes I told her we had a reservation bu... read more
We made reservations through Open Table for Easter Dinner at The Chateau in Andover. We were extremely disappointed when the hostess led us to one of the small booths with minimal space for dining comfortably. We asked the hostess if we could be relocated and she turned and walked away without a word. The Dining Room was virtually empty at the time and there were at least 15-20 empty, FULL SIZE booths available which were set up for parties of two. The Chateau’s Easter Dinner Menu consisted of standard menu items with the ad... read more
the food was the worst i have had in a long time, anywhere! I can't believe you serve bakery sliced bread! I can't remember when i last ate out, even in a very low class pub, that our bread was that poor. I could go on and on but i'm not going to waste my time! I rate you ( the worst)
The food was terrible and the prices are ridiculous. We won’t be back
Low end Italian Family restaurant. Quite popular given how busy it was, but the opposite end of a fine dining experience. I had a cape cod Reuben and it was quite unappealing. I’m not that fussy. Overall make much better food at home.
The food was cold had to return it twice. Mozzarella sticks were ok and the waiter was very good if I could I would give him ten stars.
Fun for keno
We've eaten here a number of times over the years. Unfortunately, the amount of food for the cost was not worth it and we won't be back. Our son ordered Trio number four and it looked more like an appetizer than a meal.
Love the atmosphere, service was poor and the food was undesirable. Unfortunate because we were looking forward to it. Clean and on time with the reservation, those were the positives.
