Disappointed with the poor quality of the food. Seemed to be reheated previously prepared frozen food. Impression that each chain gets prepared foods delivered as opposed to anything cooked fresh and to order.

Made a reservation and when asked if it was a special occasion I put down for a birthday. This has always been recognized in the past, but NOT this time. It was NOT acknowledged at all, which was a little disappointing. Huge loud party of 40 nearby. Wrong order, meal was cold, waitress rarely checked on.

Portions are smaller than before, prices are higher and the quality is a little less than before.
Dirty utensils and dirty napkin. The cost of adding meat to a salad is understandable but 3 tips was very minuscule.
Arrived and the restaurant was not busy at all, however, every high top in the bar area that faced the front windows had dirty dishes on them. We were seated promptly, but were never greeted or given waters after 20 minutes of sitting there. Several people being waited on around us. Had to get up and go find the hostess to ask if we had a waitress. She went to go find her and she showed up with waters for the table. Not as good as it was before! The best things that they served, like mussels marinara, are no longer on the menu. The service is perfunctory. This is the second very disappointing visit. We won't go back again, too many other GOOD Italian Restaurants in the area to waste anymore time here!!!!
Sat outside got a smell ever so often of sewer. Food was stone cold Not even warm. Got there at 6. Still at 6:40 hadn’t taken our food order. It was a thursday and not very crowded.
