Quality of the food was not great at all. I could've cooked the meal I ordered at home and it would've been better.
Forgot to season sauces Disappointingly bland
Basically the worst restaurant I have ever gone to. I did not eat my meal, the waitress didn’t even ask if I enjoyed my food (I guess for obvious reason). My husbands Alfredo was microwaved & the tomato sauce on the chicken Park was clearly tomato paste. The waitress wasn’t horrible, she had a large party so we didn’t get a second drink which happens I get it.
Awful service. Awful food. Ran out of bread. No substitution. Then brought bread to table next to us. Waitress had her hands in hair while serving food. No knowledge of menu. Brought wrong food twice and other waitresses had to come over to help us. Will never be back.
This place is right out of the 1950s, back when quantity counted more than quality and any actual flavor would send diners screaming into the streets in panic. The servers are hardworking and charming, but they are hardly enough to save this exercise in corporate tastelessness. Save your money and skip this joint.
Absolutely terrible. The service was extremely slow and seemed like our server was more interested with talking to his fellow servers than actually doing his job. The food was good until a foreign object was discovered in my brothers pasta. It was some metal object with spikes the size of a caper. Overall terrible experience! We will never go back there.
This restaurant was a chain with mediocre service it took the server about 20 minutes to greet us on a slow night. We were seated by the hostess at a large table for 6 people for a party of 2 in a terrible spot when the restaurant was empty. The level of incompetence for their front of the house staff is intolerable and to be expected from any chain resutaurnt.
Worst dinner I have had. Terrible from start to finish. Will never visit again.
My friends and I ate here and though we didn’t enjoy it last time we thought we’d give it another chance. I got the chicken fettuccine, the chicken tasted day old & the sauce wasn’t cheesy at all. A bad choice for $14. Mary got the stuffed scallops & they smelled so fishy & there were only 6 very small scallops for $19! You can tell the mashed potatoes are instant. Anna got the gnocchi Pomodoro & it was gummy and she said the sauce was very plain tasting like it didn’t have any herbs in it. Well, we won’t be going back here ... read more
