Food was delicious! Italian at its best. Waitress was attentive and pleasant. Have been here before, will be back for sure.
I ordered prime rib medium rare. It came almost well done. I nicely asked if the waitress could take it back for one medium rare as I had ordered. and she gave me an attitude” you want me to take it back????” At that point I was too intimidated and just ate it. Not going back there again.

We had ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and they were not heated all the way through the center was still hard cheese and not melted. We had also ordered a large cheese pizza to be cooked well done and it was not. Please note I didn’t ask to send anything back. We just dealt with it at the time.

The food was not hot and it seemed like it came out of a box premade. The food was definitely not original. It tasted very cheap. The one good thing about the experience was that the server, Caroline, was exceptional and had a great attitude. Other than that, The Chateau-Braintree felt like any other chain restaurant, very lacking in quality.

Disappointed with the poor quality of the food. Seemed to be reheated previously prepared frozen food. Impression that each chain gets prepared foods delivered as opposed to anything cooked fresh and to order.

Made a reservation and when asked if it was a special occasion I put down for a birthday. This has always been recognized in the past, but NOT this time. It was NOT acknowledged at all, which was a little disappointing. Huge loud party of 40 nearby. Wrong order, meal was cold, waitress rarely checked on.
