The service is great. It can be a bit noisy, and the tables are packed very close together so you might have someone else's chair pressed right up to yours making it hard to get up without bumping them. The food was good, my plate was great but my boyfriend's plate was a little lacking. The stuffed shrimp aren't what you expect. I normally love fried ravioli but tonight's round of it was rather dry and didn't tasted as seasoned as it should have been. We went for Early Bird and had a great 3-course meal - including coffee - at an outstanding price.
What a great meal. Will return for sure. Food was yummy!
We made an impromptu visit on an off night for the Early Bird and everything we ordered was excellent. My wife was very happy with her Baked Stuffed Shrimp, Salad with Poppy seed/vidalia dressing, butternut squash and broccoli, and I was very pleased with the Chicken Parm and Minestrone Soup. The only disappointment was we were told they had had “delivery issues” with the ingredients for the included Tapioca Pudding so it was not available. Every time I dine at The Chateau, I can't wait to return to try something new. The food is excellent, the service staff is attentive, and the setting is lovely. I am a satisfied customer on all levels and will be back.
Food service was slower than usual on this day. However our server was fantastic.
Everything we ordered from the Early Bird Menu was delicious and the entire 3 course meal - which included coffee AND dessert - was an excellent value. Jack, our server, was very attentive, and the only negative was that our entrees were brought to the table before my wife was even 1/4 the way through her salad. A better (slower) pace would have been appreciated.
Outstanding server-Jack! Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful. Food was very good, a pleasant surprise from the last few years. Looking forward to coming back
