Nothing special. Service was ok. Would it hurt to walk by the table and look at an empty glass and ask if anyone wants a refill? Only positive was that the food came out quickly. Rest was forgettable.

Would have given a better rating, but we were accused of not honoring our reservation. We will more than likely not book there for a while.

Was not a good experience this time. Very disappointing. From server to food being cold. Server hardly came near us and when we asked for a drink or parm cheese she either took forever or never brought it. Parm cheese came after we finished, veggies for table to share were cold and no utensils to use to serve. Ordered chic and eggplant parm, was lukewarm/cold in areas. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Feels like it was prepared ahead of time and relayed on sauce to warm it up. Overall extremely disappointing.

The food was plain and overpriced. My father-in-law’s order was incorrect (food allergy) and needed to be sent back. By the time he got it, everybody else had finished (15 minutes later). The waiter made a joke about it. The manager offered no compensation. We will not go here again.

Easy place for a family get-together. But each dinner was COLD. If I wasn't so hungry from waiting, I would have returned my meal. Two family members did, so we didn't eat together. The waitress was horrified this happened.

Despite having an Open Table reservation we (party of 4) were not seated for 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation. Patrons walking in with no reservation got seated ahead of us. Only seated after repeatedly speaking to hostess. Front desk had multiple people handling guests and none seemed particularly adept at it. Food quality was poor, tough, fatty steak tips, lasagna that couldn’t be cut thru due to hard, dry top. We will not return.

Not for foodies! We went to The Chateau because it was one of the few Italian restaurants that were open for lunch on Sunday Noon in the Norwood area.
