Fantastic as always
We were seated promptly and all 13 of us enjoyed our dinner choices. The menu was very welcoming for two people in our party who are gluten. The service was very kid friendly and very attentive. We always enjoy our dining at the Chateau!!!
Met with a group of ten for a little family holiday lunch. We asked for separate checks and were t9ld it was not your policy. It wasn’t a big deal to split the check but for some on a budget it might have been a problem. My suggestion is....lean t9 split the orders so we can have split checks please.
Our reservation for 7 was diminished to 5 due to illness. Called the restaurant and told them in advance of our arrival, they indicated they would be ready for our smaller group. The food is always good at any of the Chateau restaurants, there seafood is always fresh. When we were presented our bill we notified our waitress that we were charged dinner pricing, not the lunch menu price, i.e. the clam plate price at lunch was $19.90 and we were charged $25+. Our waiter Mike was outstanding. That’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. The menu is expensive for a restaurant that looks like Dennys and has sub-par food.

They offered cold grocery store slided bread with butter of course. The waiter was very nice. While waiting we saw a mouse under one of the tables. We left telling that to the receptionist. She just apologised, not surprised maybe, and that’s it.
Although we had a great server, the food quality was not good. The soup was on cold side. The entrées are also cold and kind of a mishmash of Italian food. They need better quality control. Someone’s not keeping their eye on the prize.

Unfortunately the service was not good at all . We waited for the waitress to come over and then we had a party of 10 but she only brought over 5 drinks at first and another ten minutes for the other drinks . The food took so long and one order of fried clams came out after everyone else had already started eating . Two of the fried clam plates were cold .
