Prices have doubled! Toasted ravs were great but price is outrageous. Chicken & eggplant parm precooked ‘ barely reheated. Sandwich was just ok. Salmon was good. Sad to see the decline in Chateau quality. Don’t mind paying if food is good ‘ fresh.
Food was cold Ordered pizza to go waitress forgot had to wait after we finished meal
We had to ask our server if we could order. Sums up the experience. We still tipped 20% because we are kind and she has to make a living. We will continue to go to the Braintree location from now on. Wont be back to Norwood.
This is the 3rd time we 3 have met there and is probably the last. The dessert was as expected. I ordered two meals take out for one who could not attend and paid extra for either as meatball or the take out containers that made another patron not attend. To Chateau corporate: Norwood is your weakest link. Service and food are always better at Norton, Waltham and Braintree. Employees seem unhappy and the food is mediocre and/or arrives cold. Maybe a new manager is needed?
The prices are too for subpar food quality. Dinner portion salad portions are pathetic. This is the second time in a month I left there hungry. I’ve gone here for years, off and on, but that’s it, I’m done, will not return. Very poor value and below average quality.
It was ok. Not as good as it used to be. Prices up and portions down. Not the best value.
Service was pretty decent, but the food is just ok. I ordered their Trio and it turned out like some food court after hour quality which has been sat in the tray for a long time. The taste is not even there.
Food was pre made very bland flavor, will not repeat.
