I hadn’t been here in years. It was evident from our recent visit that it has gone downhill. We both got the Chicken Piccata and it was inedible. Tasted like they used for starch as a thickening agent for the sauce. It tasted like kindergarten paste. I was very disappointed and won’t be going back there.
Frozen raviolis, boxed mash potatoes and cold bread..a disgrace for Italian restaurant! Rhode island calamari soggy not spicy but sour from all the pickles! Took quite a lot of time to bring food out which was frozen and boxed and had to ask for bread to be served which was cold..DO NOT GO FOR SPECIAL EVENTS! Especially paying that amount for boxed and frozen food
Our waitress was absolutely horrible. She would walk away from us before everyone giving an answer if we wanted another drink or anything else. She never once asked us how anything was. Instead, she seemed more annoyed at everything.
Even though we went there, instead of checking us in they cancelled the reservation. The food came out cold and over cooked.
My food was cold and since we were starved and they were closing in an hour I just ate it. Waitress was fast and friendly.
Very disappointed. Having been there several times, I will not go again. Early bird specials were too expensive. Waitress was excellent.
The food wasnt very good. I wouldnt go back.

I expected more from the food and service. Server was ok...seemed to be going through the motions until we were done and it was time to leave a tip. Meal itself was rather blah. Nothing that would bring me back.
My wife and I went to the Chateau for a Friday night dinner. The main ding room was cold, with cold air blowing out of the ceiling. We asked our waitress and she said she would talk to the manager. We looked around the room and many people had their hat and coats on. I finally went over to the hostess desk and asked if they could turn up the heat. The meatballs came out cold, I wonder why. I order Veal Parmigiana, the portion of veal was on the small side and the veal and the pasta sauce were both bland. No hint of garlic or... read more
