Good Location was perfect! Hotel has great bones and love the history ...but could use an update. You felt like you were transported back in time with nothing at all that matched.
Very Good We are both in wheelchairs. Your valet service is not functioning as it should be at this time, we kind of depend on these services. If we had known about this ahead of time, we would have chosen a different hotel in the Loop. The location was great.
great place to stay when trying to spend time downtown and in the parks during their stay! our toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower didn’t drain properly, so that made things difficult. the location was the best part! the staff was also very accommodating
Very comfortable, a little confusing at first, but overall a safe stay The water was very hard in the sink and shower i liked how easy it was to get a Lyft. The entrance gives enough space so you aren’t blocking the road
it was definitely the money I paid for it. the pictures of the room was definitely deceiving. was expecting the room to look a bit like the pictures I saw but unfortunately it was not. I love the location the most, in walking distance of pretty much anything
Historisches Hotel nicht weit vom Art Institute Könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Toilettenspülung hatte einen Defekt. Die kleinen Wasserflaschen, die im Zimmer stehen, sind nicht etwa kostenlos, sondern werden mit je 4 USD berechnet. Zentrale Lage mit historischem Flair, geräumiges Zimmer.
it was great! no ghosts :( I was really hoping for one idk what these bad reviews are talking about, I had a great stay! room was clean, amenities worked fine, bed was a little hard but i like firm beds, I couldn’t hear other peoples rooms, bathroom was clean, great complimentary items, amazing location. i would definitely stay again
