Buena opción para hospedarte cerca de todas las atracciones de la ciudad a buen precio. El personal grosero (con sus excepciones). Las instalaciones muy deterioradas, muy mala actitud y disposición para la solución de problemas (nos tuvieron al menos una hora esperando con una fuga de agua en el baño). Fair Apparently there is no heating in the building, which is different from advertised. This was only an issue the first day, but something to keep in mind if visiting in colder months. Staff was kind enough to provide me with an electric heater, but clearly not what I was expecting. The room I was in had a wall made entirely of poorly insulated windows (both thermal and sound insulation was poor) facing a busy street, so definitely a problem if not used to sleeping with traffic noises.

NO HEATING!!!! Chicago is a cold place, but there was no heating during the last weeks of October. The windows let in a lot of cold air, and the curtains were literally flying. We slept with three extra blankets on us—unbelievable! We got sick after our trip. The staff was not very nice. The bathroom was very small and outdated; I can’t say it was very clean. I’d recommend this hotel. Easy check-in, great cleaning staff, nice lunch/dinner restaurant and lounge. Breakfast restaurant in the hotel was awful. Poorly managed. I sat in a nearly empty restaurant for nearly 30 minutes and was never acknowledged. I left and went to the Luna Cafe, which was awesome. Location and ambience

Disappointing The hotel was very outdated. The hallway walls was peeling, and our room was next to the elevator. Being next to the elevator was very noisy and hard to sleep throughout the night.
