Glad I only pay for one night The door knob came off once I try to open the door the tv didn’t work bath tub supper old I felt like I was staying in a supper 8 or a motel 6 lobby was beautiful but our room don’t worth at all what we pay for The location was great
The price I ended up paying was almost double what I had booked. Hidden charges. The price of the room when booked was FAR LESS then what the actual price I had to pay. I believe I booked a double for 150 or so then ended up having to pay 270 - by booking.com. There was no way to actually compare hotel prices. What I thought was a good deal was actually a horrifying price change that pretty much ruined enjoying the stay.

Disappointing Very outdated. Not much hot water. Room was very small. Doors hard to shut. Close to train station and concert venue so we could walk.
Wouldn't book again I booked them room thinking it had parking, thats what i filtered search through the site, got there it was None, and no discount for surrounding parking. My booking was for a city view, the 1st room was a view of the inside roof and other hotel rooms windows. The 2nd room the toilet was broke and the maintenance man had to come twice. The beds where comfortable and the room was clean. The bellman and bar/ restaurant staff where nice. The front desk staff were pleasent but not very helpful or resourceful.
