Hated it. The rooms are cold, no continuous hot water if more than 2 people shower back to back. Horrible price! Horrible staff! The rooms are old and very cold all the time. No other facilities. The bellboys or people who help to get the bags inside just stood there talking while we were struggling to get our bags up the ramp towards the check in. Location only! Close to all main places by walk

This historic hotel is a perfect location for a stay near Grant Park and the Museum Campus The hotel decor is dated. The rooms, carpets, pictures need a more modern look for the price. The restaurants also need to be updated. The location was perfect. The hotel is historic and has many interesting features.

Poor The humidity and the moldy smell in the room and aisle- building 11 _ were unbearable . I requested a room with light and view, but I got the view to the backstairs of the building. So we requested to change the room and they told me my new room will be ready at 3 pm the next day. So we went to the front desk at 3 pm and they told us that the new room was not ready yet to come back at 5 pm ,so we came back at 5 pm to encounter rude employee who tell us that there is not another room available to come back next day l. Was ok but overall I was disappointed A working bathroom. Comfy sheets they were lined and felt like heavy nylon . The ac did not work well First of all my toilet did not work. The bathroom smelled of feces when I got there
Sorry, I I will not be back. Nothing. Room did not accommodate a wheel chair. could not get the chair into the bathroom or move around the room, it was so small. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Website stated on-site parking this is not true considering we had to wheel all are luggage my daughter in a wheel chair a block away. Not to mention over nite parking is an additional 62.00 dollars.
