Fair Some of the rooms, including the one I stayed in, are completely outdated. I understood from other colleagues that their rooms were renovated and looked good, but it’s ridiculous to pay the same price considering the differences. Great location.

I didn't get the room I reserved due to false advertisement. I booked a room with a King Size bed in a smoking room on July 7 or July 8 of 2023. My reservation was changed to a non-smoking room with a double bed. The only thing that was true about the reservation was the Lake View. I feel that your advertisement miss-led me because there are no smoking rooms in the Congress Hotel with a Lake View. Your organization ruined my Birthday Weekend. Fair Rooms were old and not so well maintained Location
Bad Very bad customer service. I've asked for a proper invoice for three times and received none. Very hard to contact them from abroad, since you can just call them on an American number. No mail, no customer service, very slow replying on booking too. The stay went smooth, but now I cannot have it reimbursed because I still don't have an invoice (after 1 month...). I'll probably give up asking and just leave a very bad review.
