I loved the location, tv was too small , internet was inadequate, restaurants were old , room set up was tacky , bed was The rooms , the building needs severe update Location
Not impressed at all Hallways had trash. The room smelled moldy. Housekeeping was banging on our door at 8am and said if we didn’t want to be bothered to put up the dnd sign, then didn’t clean our room when we put the sign out. We wanted clean towels and beds made. I had to go to 3 floors to find ice. The last day we were there the elevators didn’t work. And no one bothered to let us know. The lobby was beautiful, that’s about it
If you are looking for a good location hotel The room was very spacious but we got a room that had the connecting door with another room. There wasn't any isolation. The guest in the other room was loud and got into a fight in the middle of the night. It felt they were in our room. The bed isn't comfortable at all. The hotel is old style and the room smelled like old fragrance. The staff isn't that friendly. The location was great for us.

Disappointing
Disappointing The room was tired, and the doorknob fell off. The hotel is in need of renovation. Parking was 62 dollars pr. night. Location is nice
I didn’t stay and would like my money back I prepaid and can’t seem to get a refund. When I tried to check in there was a fight at the front door and the check in clerk freaked out and told me to leave when I said I had been exposed to Covid
Disappointing
We stay here because of the location but thinking about looking somewhere else next time. The lobby looks nice but the rooms and halls need to be updated. Old nasty looking carpet, outdated wallpaper on hall walls, Old looking comforter and nasty looking throw pillows, fabric chairs. The location is great
