Fair Hotel is outdated and old Like the bedding
Chicago marathon perfect location, couldn’t ask for better. Disappointed with the customer service When we arrived our room was on the top floor which would have been perfect (with regards to noise from other guests) had the room opposite us not been going through renovations since the moment we arrived. No one warned us when we checked in and when we asked to move we were told the hotel was full., no apology or empathy. Mit Schallschutzfenstern wäre es ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Im Zimmer sehr laut wegen der CTA Bahn , keine Schallschutzfenster. Parkplatz sehr teuer. Lage des Hotels. Altes, mondänes Gebäude.
Outdated “historic” place. Stay away if you like confort Ver old and outdated. Moldy smell, water pressure is really bad, water barely gets warm in shower. In our bathroom flush didn’t work. Heater didn’t work. Stayed here for Chicago marathon. Location is great for the marathon. The hotel failed in everything else. For $300/night you expect at least good showers.

Worst hotel I have stayed The building is 100 years old, not updated or renovated at all. No heater in the room, they sent a small portable heater to the room to heat the room up. The carpet is dirty and old. The bathroom door lock is broken. I won’t stay at the hotel in the future for sure. Nothing!
