Für den Preis darf man sich nicht mehr erwarten... v.a. beim Einchecken wirklich unfreundliches Personal. Überall im Zimmer waren dunkle lange Haare, Zimmer sehr alt und abgewohnt. Lage nur wenige Meter von der Buckingham Fountain entfernt war top. Viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe + dadurch gut angebunden

The location of the hotel was the only positive. The interior was very dated. A musty smell in the room. Very tired corridors. The staff helpfulness was hit & miss.. Only the location
For location the hotel was great, but too old. The hotel is too old and the fountains are rusted. The staff was not helpful. Location was very good.
Location is good , Bathroom is disappointing. Staff can be more polite. Water was accumulating in the bathtub in the bathroom and it took almost 2 hours to drain. And it did not look clean. I found the person in check-in desk is rude. Location

Perfectly located to Grant Patk. Rooms are spacious but everything is a little tatty. Room furnishing is really old. Elevator to rooms is quite far from reception. Well located
